Shipping
Poolsmiths provides free shipping to most states however; there may be an additional fee for the Western States. Our pool packages generally weigh over 800 lbs. and are delivered to shipper's depots in or near your city. We can arrange to have a lift gate truck deliver the pool to the buyer's residence for an additional charge. It is however, the buyer's responsibility to remove the boxes from the lift gate truck. It is also the buyer's responsibility to count all the containers before signing the shipping manifest.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. No orders will be shipped without payment in full. Returns are only with authorization and shipping costs on returned items is the buyer's responsibility.
